This document provides information about the general operation and rules of Shift Management. Additionally, it offers an overview of Shift Management.

Summary of Shift Management

  • The Personellerim PDKS application performs employee shift assignments using 3 different methods, ensuring the application of all shift scenarios:
    1. Mass Employee Shift Planning
    2. Smart Shift Plan
    3. Employee Shift Management
  • In all shift assignment methods, the Shift List is used as a reference.
  • Shift assignments made from different management screens are resolved in the event of conflict according to the following priority order:
    1. Mass Employee Shift Planning
    2. Smart Shift Plan
    3. Employee Shift Management
  • The current shift plan is displayed on the Employee Shift List screen.

This shift management simplifies employee shift assignments, effectively manages all possible scenarios, and ensures the provision of a definitive shift plan.

  • This screen allows you to see all current shift plans collectively for all employees.
  • By accessing detailed information on an employee basis, you can get an idea about the current status of assignments.
  • This way, you gain the ability to quickly intervene in case of any conflicts or incorrect assignments.
