Message Groups
This document explains the usage of the message groups screen. This screen is used for managing communication groups.
Message Groups consist of personnel representing message recipients. These groups allow you to quickly and easily select recipients for frequently sent messages.
Message Groups Definitions
This section displays a list of existing communication groups. The list includes the following information:
- Group Name: The name of the message group.
- Position: The unit and position to which the personnel in the message group belong.
- Task: Task criteria of personnel in the selected position in the message group.
- Title: Title criteria of personnel in the selected position in the message group.
- Selected Personnel: Personnel included in the message group. To select personnel, click the "Personnel" button and select from the list that opens.
- Group Description: The description or explanation of the group.
Adding a New Message Group
- Click the Add New Record button.
- In the form that opens, write the Group Name and select the personnel for the message group from the Position, Task, Title, Selected Personnel fields.
- Add a description in the Group Description field.
- Click the Save button to create the communication group.

Creating Message Groups allows you to easily select message recipients on the Send Message page.
Editing a Message Group
- Click the Edit icon at the end of the row of the relevant message group.
- Make the necessary adjustments in the form that opens.
- Click the Save button to save the changes.
Deleting a Group
- Click the Delete icon at the end of the row of the relevant message group.
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation window to delete the group.
