This documentation is prepared for the management and optimization of employee hourly leave, general leave, and advance requests. The document explains processes such as how to view, edit, approve, and reject requests. Users can manage requests effectively and efficiently using this guide.

Content of Requests

Employee Hourly Leave Requests

This page is used to view, edit, approve, and reject hourly leave requests of employees. The Employee Hourly Leave Requests page lists the hourly leave requests of employees authorized by the user.

  • Status Filters: Pending approval, approved, rejected, and all requests.

  • Date Range Selection: This year, this month, this week, or custom filtering.

  • Search and Column Filters: Keyword and column-based filtering.

  • Leave Requests Table: Includes information such as employee name, leave date, departure and return time, duration, description, request date, and status.

  • Editing and Deleting: Editing and deleting request information.

  • Approving and Rejecting: Approving and rejecting requests.

  • Status History: Viewing the status history of requests.

  • Printing Form: Printing the leave form.

  • Export to Excel: Saving leave requests in excel format.

Employee Leave Requests
