Central Device Log Records
The Central Device Log Records screen allows you to view a detailed list of all log records for the Central Device within a specified date range. Using this screen, you can collectively view log records for central devices within the selected date range.
Log Record Table Definitions
- SN: Serial number.
- Record Date: The date of the log record.
- Record Type: The type of log record.
- Location Type: The type of location where the device is located.
- Location: The location where the device is located.
- Device Name: The name of the device that recorded the log.
- Reader Directions: The directions of the reader.
- Card No: The card number used.
- Description: The description of the log record.
Log Record Table Filter Options
You can filter the Log Record List by clicking the Filter button in the upper right corner of the table and using the filter options.
- Location Type: Specifies the type of location for the log records to be listed.
- Location: Specifies the location for the log records to be listed.
- Device: Specifies the name of the device that recorded the log records to be listed.
- Start Date / Time: Specifies the start date and time for the log records to be listed.
- End Date / Time: Specifies the end date and time for the log records to be listed.
After selecting the desired criteria from the filter options, click the Filter button to update the list by filtering the records according to the selected filter criteria.
Selecting Columns to Display: Click the icon in the upper right corner of the table to choose which columns to display.
Column Filters: Each column header contains a search field. Filtering is performed according to the text or numbers entered in this field, specific to that column.
Exporting the Log Record Table to Excel
You can save the Log Record Table displayed on the page as an Excel file by using the export function. Follow these steps:
- List the information you want to export as an Excel file in the Log Record Table.
- Click the Excel Export button.
- Select the location on your computer where you want to save the file from the window that opens.
- Click the Save button.
