Additional Earnings Report

The Additional Earnings Report allows you to view a detailed list of all additional earnings for a specific date range. By using this screen, you can collectively view all personnel who received additional earnings and the details of these earnings within the selected date range.

Additional Earnings Report Definitions

  • Personnel Name: Name of the personnel who received additional earnings
  • Personnel Code: Personnel code
  • Company/Unit/Department/Sub-Department: Organizational information of the personnel
  • Type of Additional Earnings: Type of additional earnings
  • Number of Earnings: Number of additional earnings given in the relevant type
  • Total Earnings: Total amount of additional earnings given in the relevant type

Additional Earnings Report Filter Options

  • Date Range: Date range of the additional earnings to be listed
  • Personnel Position: Additional earnings of personnel in a specific position
  • Search in List: Search within the table using a keyword
  • Fields to Display in Table: Selection of columns to be displayed in the table

Export Additional Earnings Report to Excel

  1. List the Additional Earnings Report as you want to export it to Excel
  2. Click the Export to Excel button
  3. Choose the location to save the file
  4. Click the Save button
