Real-Time Personnel Statuses

The "Real-Time Personnel Statuses" screen allows for real-time monitoring of personnel statuses. This screen helps managers track personnel movements and statuses in real-time, organize planning, and evaluate overall efficiency.

Real-Time Personnel Status Table Definitions

Real-Time Personnel Statuses

The Real-Time Personnel Statuses List shows the real-time status, location, and activities of all personnel.

  • Personnel Name: The registered personnel's name.
  • Per. Code: Personnel code.
  • Level 1-4: Information about the personnel's department/position hierarchy.
  • Active Location: Shows the personnel's current location type. Active Location Indicators:
    • Workplace Entrance/Exit
    • Cafeteria
    • Break/Rest Area
    • Smoking Area
  • Last Activity: The personnel's most recently recorded activity. Last Activity Indicators:
    • In Break Area
    • In Cafeteria
    • Returned from Cafeteria
    • In Smoking Area
    • Returned from Smoking Area
    • Outside
  • Shift: Personnel's shift information.
  • Last Movement: Information on the personnel's last activity Location > Device Type.
  • Entry/Exit: Information on the entry/exit time of the personnel's last activity.
  • Status: The current status of the personnel. Status Indicators:
    • Working
    • Absent
    • On Leave
    • Weekend
    • Public Holiday
    • On Break
    • Shift Not Started
    • At Lunch
    • On Smoke Break
    • Outside
The active location information determined in the system is updated during personnel entry and exit operations. For example, after personnel enter the workplace, the active location will be "Workplace Entrance/Exit". When they enter the Break/Rest Area, the active location will change to "Break/Rest Area". When they exit the Break/Rest Area, the active location will revert to "Workplace Entrance/Exit".

The Real-Time Personnel Statuses List shows the real-time status data at the time the page is opened. To ensure data accuracy, click the Refresh button to update the real-time status data.

Real-Time Personnel Status Filter Options

Real-Time Personnel Statuses

You can filter the Real-Time Personnel Statuses List by clicking the Filter button in the upper right corner of the table and using the filter options.

  • Personnel Position: Used to select a specific personnel position. This field filters the entry/exit records of the personnel in the selected position.
  • Group Pack 1, Group Pack 2, Group Pack 3: Used to filter personnel by specific groups. These groups are predefined according to the organizational structure and allow personnel to be listed by specific group categories.

Select Columns to Display: Click the icon in the upper right corner of the table to choose which columns to display.

Column Filters: Each column header has a search field underneath it. Enter text or numbers here to filter based on the specific column.

Export Real-Time Personnel Status Table to Excel

Use the Excel Export function to save the displayed Real-Time Personnel Status Table as an Excel file on your computer. Follow these steps:

  • List the information you want to export in the Real-Time Personnel Status Table.
  • Click the Excel Export button.
  • Select the location on your computer where you want to save the file from the window that opens.
  • Click the Save button.
