Notification Operations Overview

This document provides a comprehensive guide on the usage of the screens for sending messages, managing message groups, creating scheduled messages, and archiving messages in the Personellerim PDKS application.

Sending a Message

This document explains the usage of the message sending screen. This screen allows users to easily create their messages and send them to specified recipients.

  • Message Sending Screen: The Message Sending screen consists of two main sections: Recipient Information and Message Content.
  • Recipient Information Section: This section is used to select the recipients to whom the message will be sent. Users can send messages to groups, units, or specific personnel.
  • Message Content Section: This section is used to specify the content of the message and the delivery channel. Message templates and personalized message texts can be created in this section.
  • Message Sending Process: A step-by-step explanation of the message sending process. Details on selecting recipients, preparing the message content, and sending the message are provided.

Message Groups

The Message Groups screen is used to manage communication groups. Message Groups consist of personnel who represent the recipients of the messages. These groups allow you to quickly and easily select recipients for frequently sent messages.

Message Scheduling

The Message Scheduling screen is used to manage scheduled messages. By using this screen, you can automatically send messages to specified message groups on certain dates. This feature allows you to send automatic messages on special occasions like birthdays, New Year's, Ramadan Bayram, as well as for your planned tasks. This way, you can manage your communication processes more efficiently and systematically.

Message Templates

The Message Templates screen is used to manage message templates. Message templates speed up and facilitate your processes by creating predefined messages for frequently sent communications.

Message Archive

The Message Archive screen is used to view and manage all notifications and messages sent through the system. Through this screen, users can check the details of all communication and notification operations conducted through various channels.

  • Notifications and Messages Saved in the Message Archive: Includes messages sent through the Message Sending screen, sent scheduled messages, and all notifications sent via mobile or web applications (Shift Start/End Alerts, Advance/Leave/Hourly Leave Request/Approval Notifications, Survey Notifications).
  • Message Archive Screen: Descriptions of screen components such as channel tabs, filtering options, refresh button, add new record button, and message list.
  • Message Status Check: Features provided for users to check if messages have been read and methods to access message details.
  • Search and Filtering Features: Tools provided for users to search and filter messages based on specific criteria.
